1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Roosevelt Provisions website and the purchase of products offered by D & E Roosevelt LLC, d/b/a Roosevelt Provisions, a Massachusetts Limited Liability Company located at 150A Shepard Street, Lawrence, MA 01843, USA. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products and Pricing
All products are described as accurately as possible, including ingredients, weight, and origin. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or issues identified by our fraud-prevention measures.
4. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our Lawrence, Massachusetts pantry, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Roosevelt Provisions is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Food Products & Perishable Items
Our products are artisan food items. Shelf-stable dry goods (pasta, olive oil, espresso) have extended shelf lives noted on packaging. Customers should store products as directed. Opened food products are not eligible for return unless defective or materially different from their description.
6. Refund and Return Policy
Unopened, shelf-stable food items in original packaging may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Non-food kitchen tools may be returned within thirty (30) days. To initiate a return, contact skitsoloko@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence so that we may arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Allergen Disclaimer
Our pasta products contain wheat and gluten. Some products may be processed in facilities that handle tree nuts, sesame, dairy, and eggs. Customers with food allergies should review ingredient information carefully. Roosevelt Provisions is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to review ingredient disclosures.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of Roosevelt Provisions or its licensors and is protected under applicable U.S. law. No content may be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roosevelt Provisions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
